Womb of flowers (2021)
Oil on canvas,
60cm x 80cm

For me, roots are in our wild nature. By nature I mean our planet with all its sources as trees and plants, oceans and seas, birds and animals. In an anthropomorphic form, nature itself is depicted in the act of giving birth to flowers. The face, like a blue sky, is associated with thoughts, plans, a red womb, as a symbol of materialization, an animal-style hand reminds that nature has an animal origin. The pose of nature is very easy, because nature doesn't have morality as people do, and it gives birth laid-back.

Our society with many rules, borders and moral principles still have to care more about our roots as we also are part of nature and our planet is the only one which we have for our living and the living of future generations.
